Do Lago Gourmet Restaurant - This is our guests’ go-to restaurant. À la carte dinners are served featuring gourmet recipes such as shrimp au gratin thermidor or Parisian steak tartare.
Novecento Italian Restaurant - This 1970s-themed Italian restaurant is one of the hotel’s most popular eateries. Enjoy this all-round gastronomic experience on the restaurant terrace and try innovative takes on Italy’s most traditional dishes. Don’t miss the thin-crust pizza, Tartufo Alba, the mushroom and Portobello risotto and the open cannoli with mascarpone cheese.
Pelo International Buffet - Wide variety of international dishes and local recipes. With show cooking, meats and grilled fish, pasta, salads and rice.
Mai Tai Asian Restaurant - À la carte Thai, Japanese, and Chinese specialties. Variety of sushi, sashimi and maki, main courses such as steak rolls marinated in peanut sauce or Teriyaki, Teppanyaki, Yakisoba tuna skewers, and a sweet ending with specials such as Hokkaido or green tea cake.
Maresia Mexican Restaurant - The lunchtime buffet offers a wide variety of options, while the evening menu serves the most popular Mexican dishes.
Odoia Bahian Restaurant - À la carte dinners featuring traditional Bahian dishes such as coconut shrimp stew, salt-cured filet mignon and typical coconut desserts.
