The impressive décor with an oceanic theme was created by the Mexican artist Susana Rubin. By using recycled toys and plastic picked up on beach clean-ups, the artist transformed waste into art.

Lemon & Spices Greek Tavern - Traditional Greek recipes with sustainably-sourced fish: catch of the day in a salt crust, saganaki, pita bread with tzatziki… and for dessert? Baklava!

Trattoria Olivetti - À la carte lunch menu with Italian specialties: Roman-style pizza, pasta, and delicious meat and fish dishes (with sustainably caught fish), along with classic desserts like tiramisu. You can also grab snacks and drinks during the day at the Pizza Corner. For dinner, the place becomes a trattoria with a menu that takes you through the different regions of Italy.

La Pagoda Buffet - International buffet featuring live cooking demonstrations. Dishes served include pasta, meat, fish that has been sustainably caught, vegetables, and salads. Themed Mexican evenings and gala evenings.
